The National Field Manager (NFM) will manage 5+ Area Sales Managers across Mexico, and may also manage other positions such as Trainers.
The NFM will lead the field management team for the entire program and partner closely with the Internal Operations and Client Operations teams on mass communication needs, SOP needs, reporting needs, KPIs, compliance, and bonus measurements for ASMs and Sales Promoters.
Responsibilities
- Work directly with Managers on weekly priorities for the team and performance management escalations.
- Closely manage payroll to ensure unapproved overtime is minimized, monitor hourly budgets and expenses by store, and hold the team accountable to established KPIs.
- Collaborate daily with internal partners and clients.
- Train ASMs on new process roll-outs and showcase efficiencies and best practices.
- Create weekly talking points to share with the client on Mosaic initiatives.
