Management (Planning, Executing, Supervising)
• Leadership, direction and fully responsible for the operation, the results of Sales, marketing Dept.
• Writing, executing sale policy for Season and Year
• To make planning of sales and marketing for short term, long term. Implementing the approved plan.
• Setting up reasonable sale targets for season, year
• Executing season sale plans, yearly sale plan under company sale policy and marketing program
• Supervising sale men who directly do business and support them to obtaining sale men’s sale targets.
• Being on responsibility of reaching sale targets or not reach sale target season by season
• To ensure sales for the company.
• To manage the product distribution system of the company
• To recruit, guide and assign work to sales staffs
• Organizing all events relative to dealers such as meetings, tours …following company policy.
