National Account Manager, Farm & H& ardware (NAM, F&H) – Halifax, NS. Reports to Sales Manager.
Overview
This role is part of a dedicated team and focuses on increasing sales, developing business plans, managing P&L, and leading account strategy.
Responsibilities
- Increase sales for the portfolio for respective businesses.
- Prepare and present business plans including line review, promotion plans, merchandising, channel coordination, and ecommerce strategy.
- Manage account P & L measurements (top line sales, margin, warranty, controllable expenses).
- Negotiate co‑op and VR agreements.
- Lead meetings with key account contacts to drive POS and shipments.
- Execute mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with Channel Manager to execute business plan.
