Responsibilities
- Drive Growth: Lead the end‑to‑end business of one of our key partners, managing Wholesale and Retail activities to deliver sustainable and profitable market share growth.
- Strategic Planning: Create seasonal account strategies and category plans that translate customer needs into actionable initiatives.
- Commercial Excellence: Lead sell‑in negotiations, monitor sell‑out performance, and ensure optimal supply chain execution.
- Performance Management: Lead and develop two District Managers driving alignment, operational excellence, and talent development to support strategic growth across channels.
