We’re looking for a kind, reliable part-time nanny to join our family and help us keep things running smoothly, starting around mid May, or early June. We’re located just outside of Belleville and have two very young children - a 1.5 month old and a 19 month old - so we really need someone who is comfortable balancing the needs of a tiny infant and a busy toddler.
Because we’re raising our kids with a Montessori-inspired approach, we’d love to find someone who is familiar with those principles. Ideally, you’re someone who values fostering independence even at a young age and knows how to create a calm, intentional environment for them to explore.
This is a live-out role, two to three days a week to start, that involves childcare and some light help around the house, like tidying up after the kids or staying on top of their laundry. We also have pets, so being comfortable around them is a must.
