NAND Process Integration Engineer – 3D NAND Yield Innovator

Micron Technology, Inc. is searching for a Sr Engineer, Process Integration to join their R&D team in Singapore. The successful candidate will focus on enhancing 3D NAND product yield and quality through innovative process solutions.

You will lead cross-functional teams to identify deficiencies, develop optimal criteria, and support the transition of new technologies to manufacturing.

A PhD in a relevant field and experience in the semiconductor industry are preferred.
