NAND Process Engineering & Strategy Director

APPLIED MATERIALS SOUTH EAST ASIA PTE. LTD. is seeking a Director, Technical Engineering (NAND) in Singapore. This role focuses on leading technology engagement and optimizing process solutions for advanced NAND memory. The ideal candidate will work with key stakeholders to influence product and technology roadmaps.

Responsibilities include overseeing improvements in yield and tool performance and serving as the primary contact for strategic NAND customers. A PhD or Master’s degree in a relevant field and 15+ years in the semiconductor industry are required.
