About the Role
We are looking for highly motivated
Sales Development Representatives (SDRs)
to join our growing team in Nairobi. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced sales professionals who thrive in outbound prospecting, lead generation, and business development.
As an SDR, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, engaging prospects through multiple channels, qualifying opportunities, and scheduling meetings for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting through phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
Execute multi-channel outreach strategies to generate qualified opportunities.
Qualify leads based on the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the CRM.
Meet and exceed activity, pipeline, and conversion targets.
Collaborate closely with Account Executives to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified opportunities.
Requirements
2+ years of sales experience
, preferably as a Sales Development Representative (SDR), Outbound Sales Representative, Business Development Representative (BDR), or in a sales-focused call center environment.
Proven experience in outbound prospecting and lead generation.
Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as
Salesforce, HubSpot, Apollo
, or similar tools.
Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)

Strong persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
Results-driven mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
