What role you will play in our team
- As an Acquiring Coordinator, you will serve as the subject matter expert for acquiring operations, ensuring seamless execution of credit card transaction processes across merchants and processors. You will lead issue resolution, compliance monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives that support the integrity and efficiency of our acquiring ecosystem.

What you will do
- Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and resolution of acquiring-related operational issues.
- Act as SME for acquiring operations and projects, including multi-acquiring tools and platforms.
- Monitor and resolve chargebacks initiated by acquirers, ensuring timely and accurate handling.
- Reconcile interchange fees monthly, comparing processor data (e.g., CLX) against actual fees.
- Investigate and resolve merchant violation issues...
