Penn Beer Sales & Service NA Specialist

Employees’ primary responsibility is to develop outside sales within accounts in the assigned geographic territory. Responsibilities include increasing product sales, obtaining incremental floor space through displays, upselling inventory and cooler space, and ensuring safe, productive service to all customers in line with Penn Beer Sales & Service executional standards. Potential for upward mobility in a growing beverage segment.

Responsibilities – Sales

  • Manage all products within the Non‑Alcohol portfolio
  • Maintain superior business relationships
  • Determine current and ongoing product needs within each retail account

Responsibilities – Execution

  • Meet monthly goals focused on sales, distribution, pricing, display, new account set up, and other merchandising components
  • Proper rotation to ensure fresh product while setting proper brand flow
