Project Manager 3 (Design/Engineering) manages the development and implementation process of a company's products and services.Coordinates departmental or cross-functional teams, focused on delivering new or upgrading existing products.Monitors the project from initiation through delivery including planning and directing schedules and monitoring budget/spending.Organizes cross-functional activities, ensuring completion of the project i.e. product on schedule and within budget constraints.PROJECT MANAGER / NPL / ADVANCED MANUFACTURING ENGINEEREducation: Bachelor Degree on Engineering or Business5+ years of experience working on NPI environment, or manufacturing for electronic industryKnowledge on PCBA Manufacturing processBilingual (English/Spanish)Bilingual (Spanish/Malay) preferredKey Responsibilities:Project Lifecycle Management: Oversees all phases of NPI, from Kickoff to successful production launch, ensuring the product is on time and on quality.
