OverviewProject Manager 3 (Design/Engineering) manages the development and implementation process of a company's products and services.Coordinates departmental or cross‐functional teams, focused on delivering new or upgrading existing products.Monitors the project from initiation through delivery, including planning and directing schedules and monitoring budget/spending.Organizes cross‐functional activities, ensuring completion of the project – product on schedule and within budget constraints.Role DetailsPROJECT MANAGER / NPL / ADVANCED MANUFACTURING ENGINEEREducation: Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Business5+ years of experience working in an NPI environment, or manufacturing for the electronic industry.Knowledge of PCBA manufacturing processes.Bilingual: English/Spanish or Spanish/Malay preferred.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Lifecycle Management: Oversees all phases of NPI, from kickoff to successful production launch, ensuring the product is on time and on quality.
