Qualifications
5 years of experience
Problem solving skills
Statistical knowledge (e.g., DOE, ANOVA)
Black Belt or Green Belt preferred
Equipment experience (Printer Machine, Oven Profiler, AOI, SPI)
Knowledge of DFM, VALOR, CAD, AEGIS, CAMCAD, PCB Investigation, etc.
Stencil design and solder paste specification knowledge
Knowledge of PCB finished & components composition
Responsibilities
Develop, implement and maintain methods, operation sequences and processes in the manufacture or fabrication of parts, components, sub-assemblies and final assemblies.
Interface with design engineering in coordinating the release of new products.
Estimate manufacturing cost, determine time standards and make recommendations for tooling and process requirements of new or existing product lines.
Maintain records and reporting systems for coordination of manufacturing operations.
