As the E-Commerce Key Account Manager (EKAM) , you are responsible for building high-impact strategic partnerships with key accounts, ensuring that world-class education programs translate into operational excellence and sustained business growth in both retail and services.
As an EKAM, you will be part of the Commercial Team leading and managing the online platform assigned to you.
Responsibilities
- Assisting executing the overall eCommerce strategy development and campaigns to enable the growth of eCommerce.
- Drive operational excellence through liaising closely with e-distributor (enabler) partners to ensure all eCommerce campaigns are well executed within given timeline, ensuring eCommerce achieves its GMV ambitions.
- Collaborate with Brand marketing to define customer experience and e-merchandising, ensuring brand presence is consistent with overall Brand standards and strategy.
