The Data Analyst is responsible for turning raw CRM and campaign data into automated, reliable insights that optimize marketing performance and drive customer retention. - Extract and Clean Data: Query, aggregate, and normalize large datasets from CRM platforms and multi‑channel engagement campaigns.
- Build Dashboards & Reports: Design, develop, and maintain automated dashboards and performance reports using BI and visualization tools.
