We are looking for a Plant Controller to join our team in a plastic injection molding company.
Responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the manufacturing facility.
Provide guidance to ensure the profitability of the business while maintaining cost efficiency and supporting strategic decision‐making.
Responsibilities
Direct all divisions‐wide financial activities including General Accounting, Tax, Cost Accounting, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Capital and Cash Management.
Financial Reporting: Prepare and present accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports for plant operations.
Budgeting & Forecasting: Manage the plant budget and financial forecasts.
Analyze variances between present results and the budget to recommend corrective actions.
Cost Control: Monitor and control manufacturing costs, including labor, materials, and overhead, ensuring optimal cost efficiency.
