Description:
**JOB PURPOSE**:
- Responsible for administrative support to the Senior Leadership Team as well as direct/indirect relationships with Management as needed. This position is responsible for back up support to the Manufacturing Managers when needed.
- High communication skills with a take charge attitude and a reasonably flexible schedule. The Senior Leadership Team will require a proactive individual to anticipate their needs from an administrative standpoint.
- Exposure to highly confidential personnel and corporate information: must maintain utmost confidentiality.
- Must be able to work independently with little or no direction. Needs to be able to assign priorities without direct guidance from others.
**JOB DUTIES (Not limited)**:
- Assists the local Senior Leadership Team and Managers with preparation of presentations and reports.
