**Job Description Summary**: In this role, you will be responsible for executing and support the end-to-end service delivery for workforce administration (hires, changes, exits, mass transactions, organizational changes), lifecycle services and related processes and tools for GE Vernova.
Develop an in-depth understanding of HR systems, processes, and legislative rules.
This role requires emphasis on data integrity and analysis to support key HR decisions while providing coverage and support as needed.
Identify and resolve operational issues and support process improvement.
Promote Best in Class service while developing effective relationships and working cross functionally with internal teams and suppliers improving the employee experience.
