Mapal Group is looking for a Business Development Manager to join our GTM‑SALES team. This role is key to the company’s growth strategy and focuses on outbound prospecting within a defined market and ICP to create qualified opportunities for the Sales team. The BDM generates pipeline by targeting the right accounts and decision‑makers, and by executing structured and personalized outbound campaigns.
Key responsibilities
Outbound Prospecting and Opportunity Generation
- Focus exclusively on outbound prospecting within the assigned market and defined ICP.
- Identify, target, and contact prospects through multichannel actions (calls, emails, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Qualify prospects according to defined criteria and generate high‑value meetings for the Sales team.
Building and Managing Prospecting Campaigns
