A successful and growing organisation is seeking a Compliance Manager to join its leadership team and help shape the future of its compliance function.
Reporting directly to the Director, this role combines people leadership, stakeholder engagement and compliance oversight across Australia and New Zealand. You'll lead a small team of two, work closely with senior executives and play a key role in driving continuous improvement across the business.
You will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the compliance framework, ensuring regulatory obligations and AFSL requirement are met.
