Music Content Onboarding Specialist

Symphonic Distribution is seeking a Coordinator, Content Loading to act as a liaison between clients and our organization. You will load content for distribution, review metadata, and educate clients on our CMS while coordinating with the Client Relations team.

The role emphasizes timely communication and adherence to style guides. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in customer service, fluent English and Spanish, strong organization, and the ability to handle multiple emails and meetings daily.
