Museology Coordinator for Art Inventory

Intact is looking for a Museology Coordinator to help organize our corporate art collection. This on-site position in Montreal or Toronto focuses on maintaining structured artwork records using SharePoint and Excel.
You will play a pivotal role in developing a centralized catalog, ensuring consistency and accuracy across all documentation. Your responsibilities will include systematic photography of artworks and managing careful handling during documentation processes. The role requires a meticulous approach and organizational expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create and update standardized artwork records
• Assign unique IDs for each artwork for tracking
