We are seeking a dedicated Murex CEM Consultant to manage environment configuration and drive key Murex initiatives for our client. Responsibilities
Deploy and manage Murex software using Murex tools and scripts. Perform basic smoke tests and act as first‑level support, redirecting issues to the appropriate support teams. Utilize Murex configuration management tools & methodologies to import/export configuration items and analyze related issues. Execute database sanitization, purging procedures, migration sequences, and stabilization; reconcile mismatches and follow up on migration defects. Contribute to the development of CEM methodologies, conversion processes, communication workflows, templates, and documentation. Customize and document installation and conversion/upgrade procedures. Provide training and best‑practice guidance to clients. Manage internal streams by creating tools, measuring KPIs, and analyzing potential issues. Requirements
