Overview
Zurich Canada is currently looking for a Multinational Services Manager to provide leadership in managing all servicing and operation activities for our Middle Market & Specialties Multinational Business Unit. In this role, the Multinational Services Manager will liaise with internal and external stakeholders as well as colleagues around the globe to manage all operational and servicing activities associated with the delivery of a best‑in‑class customer experience.
Hybrid work model: three days per week of in‑person presence, which may include time in the office or market‑facing engagements.
