Position Overview

We are looking for a Multinational Service Expert to be based in Madrid and handle the administration of international insurance policies. You will report to one of our three Team Leaders and be an integral part of our recently established Multinational Excellence Centre in Madrid.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate implementation of multinational insurance programs across various territories.
• Ensure alignment with market requirements and facilitate implementation steps.
• Act as the primary point of contact for underwriting and servicing teams globally.
• Prepare policy wording documents for complex customer needs.
• Maintain multinational data in core global systems and ensure accuracy.
• Develop standardized procedures for new product implementation.
