As a Design & Account Manager, you will conceptualise, create and execute designs across static and motion formats for our owned and clients’ social media channels, while acting as the main point of contact to maintain smooth client relationships. From Instagram carousels and TikTok motion graphics to campaign branding, publications and event collaterals, you’ll be the creative spark that brings ideas to life and the steady hand that ensures clients feel taken care of every step of the way.
This role requires you to be agile, resourceful, and endlessly creative, while also being organised, communicative, and comfortable owning a relationship end‑to‑end. You should be as comfortable brainstorming bold new ideas as you are working in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, or Canva to bring them to life, and just as comfortable hopping on a call to guide a client through a concept or manage their expectations against tight deadlines.
