Responsibilities

• Update and realign existing print and digital publications including brochures, reports, newsletters, posters, and advertisements to adhere to the new brand guidelines.
• Work on briefs for new assets from around the globe.
• Ensure all updated materials are consistent with QBE’s new brand guidelines.
• Prepare and finalise files for print and digital distribution.
• Maintain and organise digital assets and project files.
• Assist with the development and implementation of updated templates for recurring publications (e.g., MS Word, PowerPoint).
• Review final layouts for accuracy and quality.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in desktop publishing and graphic design.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design or a related field (preferred).
