Multilingual Customer Service Specialist — Order-to-Delivery

Enerpac is looking for a fluent Spanish, French, and English-speaking Customer Service Representative located in Alcobendas, Madrid. This position involves managing the entire order-to-delivery process and fostering relationships with OEM and distributor clients across the Mediterranean region.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing background. Strong organizational and communication skills are vital for this position, along with proficiency in Salesforce.
