Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
- Respond to facility‑related service requests and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Conduct routine inspections of building infrastructure, identifying and addressing potential issues.
- Support office fit‑outs, relocations, and reconfigurations (e.g., furniture moves, minor construction).
