We are seeking a Multi Site Leader to join our First Mile team in Curitiba, PR. In this role, you will provide inspiring and supportive leadership across multiple operational sites. At the same time, you are not afraid to roll up your sleeves and get involved when needed.
You will be directly responsible for developing a team of Shift Managers and their direct reports, while reporting to the Senior Operations Manager.
