MacGregor Black are partnering with a manufacturing business on the search for a H&S Manager. This is a perm role based in West Bromwich.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of the H&S function and develop the site to a world class standard.
- Own site inspections, risk assessments, training and to interact with each of the site’s workforces on a regular basis.
- Coordinate corporate initiatives in H&S including process safety; lead the contractor safety program; lead the permit to work process; manage accident/incident statistics.
