Position: Multimedia Journalist, Bell Media, Unifor 87M
Location: CTV2 London, ON
Salary: Bargaining Unit 87M Group 6
Hours of Work: 37.5 hours per week. Overtime as required based on operational needs. May include weekend shifts
Responsibilities
- Responsible for on-going, pro‑active coverage of regional and local issues in the CTV2 London coverage area
- Identify, research, and write news stories and headlines for the station’s website and social media properties in keeping with the station’s standards and style
- Stay on top of breaking news, ensuring fresh and relevant content on the site
- Edit, package and publish video content for CTV2 News Digital to serve all news platforms
- Curate photos and build high‑impact image galleries
- Conduct interviews for on‑air and online news coverage
