Multi-Branch Facilities Engineer – Maintenance & Ops

Makati Development Corporation is looking for a Facilities Engineer to oversee the maintenance and operational efficiency of restaurant facilities in Makati. This role is critical in ensuring that all branches maintain safe, functional, and compliant facilities to support restaurant operations.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably be a Licensed Engineer, and possess 2-3 years of experience in facilities maintenance. Strong knowledge of building systems and equipment, along with good problem-solving and communication skills, is essential.
