Omega CRM is a Merkle & Dentsu company, leader in development of Customer Experience services, with +20 years of experience in the use of Technology applied to Marketing and providing a unique Customer Relationship with mainly focus on Innovation is looking for a Mulesoft Technical Lead.
Main tasks- Provide support to the sales and functional team in assigned accounts when technical knowledge of the solution is required: Solution design, estimation, and assumptions.
- Support the PM/DM in technical leadership on the project, bringing comprehensive technical knowledge of the platform and identifying the best solution to meet the project's functional demands.
- Detect and notify risks in the technical management of project/client profitability.
