We are currently seeking a Mulesoft Support Analyst to join our team in Guadalajara, Jalisco (MX-JAL), Mexico (MX).
Mulesoft Support Analyst Responsibilities- Take ownership of reported issues through to resolution - including troubleshooting, internal communication, and providing feedback on a regular basis.
- Assist with other teams in troubleshooting integrations involving third-party APIs and implementation of other products.
- Support and administer the MuleSoft CloudHub Anypoint Platform.
- Identify automation opportunities, reduce manual activities, document support activities, and partner with development team on project and enhancement work.
- Notify and escalated on support failure, manage incident and problem tickets.
- Support production implementations and post-change validations.
