This contract MSP IT Sales Associate role is a hybrid position based in the Greater Toronto and Hamilton Area, ON, with a combination of on-site client visits and remote work from home. The MSP IT Sales Associate will prospect and qualify leads, schedule discovery meetings, and manage a sales pipeline for managed IT services and related solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting needs assessments, preparing proposals and quotes, delivering presentations or demos, and following up with prospects and existing clients to move opportunities through the sales cycle. The role will collaborate closely with technical teams to translate client requirements into clear service offerings and pricing, and to ensure smooth handoff after closing deals. The MSP IT Sales Associate will also update CRM records, track KPIs, participate in sales meetings, and support marketing initiatives such as campaigns, events, and webinars.
