Interpret technical publication material requirements and translate them into material supply and repair forecasts.
Analyse historical material data from maintenance events to build a knowledge database of scheduled and unscheduled material demands.
Design and implement an algorithm to generate a Bill of Materials (BOM) for future maintenance events based on the tasks to be performed.
Evaluate BOM accuracy through adherence analysis against actual consumption data, continuously refining predictions to improve material availability for the end customer.
Define internal processes and KPIs, customized to each customer’s requirements, to implement, monitor, and maintain a spares stock and repairable item pool.
