Responsibilities
In your role as MRO Clerk, delivering on these responsibilities is critical to success:
- Operates the maintenance tool crib, so that it operates efficiently and within the agreed budget limits.
- Manage the receipt of materials in the system, as well as the outputs according to the FIFO.
- Reviews purchase order acknowledgements and updates pricing and delivery dates in the ERP system.
- Provides quantities required during parts shortages to ensure sourcing needs are addressed.
- Collaborates with operations, materials and procurement teams to optimize total value and complete work to support organizational goals.
- Communicates and completes work, ensuring information, quoting and sourcing is completed with suppliers.
- Controls inventory of MRO materials.
- Provides information to determine status of current orders and to forecast needs for future orders.
