Our client, a leading organization in the Oil and Gas sector, based in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates is seeking an experienced MPS PF Supplier Contracts Manager to join their dynamic team on a contract basis.
Key Responsibilities
- The Supplier Contracts Manager owns the Supplier Contracts process from the moment the tender evaluation commences up and until the closure of execution Contract Product, Services and Construction and engineering services
- Ensures and promotes compliance with Company policies, standards, procedures, and contractual obligations.
- Closely works with Contracts and/or Legal function to help review and assess the liabilities present in Customer Contracts, Subcontracts or Supplier Contracts to understand contractual risks and lead the supplier T&C negotiations.
