Mountain Bike Guide & Mechanic

Compensation: Hourly wage based on experience, education level, and language proficiency.

Contract period: June to September 2025 (flexible).

Job Role:

You will be taking clients of differing abilities on various terrains. You should be an experienced rider, confident in all riding areas, comfortable on steep, technical terrain, and possess basic bike maintenance skills. Flexibility and adaptability to individual needs and abilities are essential, along with physical fitness to ride for 5 hours a day.

Candidates must have excellent leadership and group management skills, capable of planning, organizing, and delivering mountain bike tours, including trip logistics. Our trips operate regardless of weather, so be prepared to ride rain or shine. We seek mountain bike instructors with enthusiasm and dedication.
