• Supervise coordinators in performance of less complex tasks and processes to ensure timely completion, quality, and compliance of assigned work
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, risk management, and control opportunities
• Make day‑to‑day supervisory and tactical decisions and resolve issues related to team supervision, work allocation, and daily operations under direction of senior management; leverage interpretation of existing policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
