Overview
BMO Mortgage Specialist focuses on cultivating, building, and managing relationships with a referral network to generate new mortgage business and increase BMO’s share of the home financing market. The role involves identifying sales opportunities, referring customers to BMO colleagues, developing and executing marketing and sales programs, and following corporate policies, operating directives, legal and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
- Proactively contact referral and origination sources identified through the creation of national partnerships and/or local partnerships to discuss home financing solutions.
- Assist with the implementation of targeted marketing programs, promotions, and other initiatives.
