Join BMO and help customers realize their dream of home ownership. In this role you will cultivate, build, and manage a referral network, identify sales opportunities, execute marketing programs, and ensure customers receive exceptional service throughout the mortgage application process.
Responsibilities
- Proactively contact referral and origination sources to discuss home financing solutions.
- Assist with targeted marketing programs, promotions, and other initiatives.
- Identify crosssell and upsell opportunities to achieve sales and profitability goals.
- Build and enhance the bank’s community presence through trade shows, conferences, and related events.
- Serve as a customer advocate during application and processing activities.
- Complete onboarding activities as required.
