About the Role

At Collaborus, we support Australian mortgage brokers, financial advisers, and professional services businesses by providing high-quality operational support from our Cebu office.

We're looking for a Financial Services Admin with previous experience in Australian mortgage administration, loan processing, settlements, or lending support.

We are seeking someone who already understands the mortgage process and can confidently assist with applications from submission through to settlement with minimal supervision.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating multiple stakeholders, managing timelines, chasing outstanding requirements, and ensuring settlements proceed smoothly and efficiently.

As the business grows, there will also be opportunities to gain exposure to broader financial services areas including financial planning, insurance, and investments.
