Mortgage Operations & Servicing Support

Link-Worldwide in Mexico, Jalisco, Región Centro is looking for a specialist to support in collections, customer service, research, and loan delivery. You will assist investors with interim servicing issues and handle various inbound inquiries.

The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of experience in a customer service or related field, is proficient in English, and possesses strong interpersonal skills. This role offers a Monday to Friday schedule with additional holidays.
