Mortgage Loan Processor
Location: Valencia Town, Lahore (Onsite). Timing: 4:00 AM – 1:00 PM (Pakistan Time). Days: Monday to Friday.
This role is ideal for someone who has a finance, accounting, or business background and understands financial documents.
What You Will Do
- Process Australian home loan applications.
- Review financial documents such as Individual Tax Returns (ITR), Company Tax Returns (CTR), Payslips, and Bank Statements.
- Calculate income and assess basic servicing.
- Communicate with brokers and lenders via email.
- Prepare and organize loan files for submission.
Who Can Apply
- Candidates with a background in Finance, Accounting, BBA, MBA, ACCA, CA (Part Qualified), or similar.
- Fresh graduates are welcome.
- Basic understanding of financial statements is a big advantage.
