Morning Shift Supervisor (Delivery and Warehousing)

We are looking for a hands‑on, dependable operations leader to support the smooth and safe flow of our daily delivery and warehouse activities. This role is ideal for someone who brings commercial driving experience, strong communication skills, and a practical, problem‑solving mindset to a fast‑paced environment. The successful candidate will help coordinate drivers, support morning dispatch, resolve delivery and inventory issues, and lead by example to keep the team moving efficiently and professionally.

Shift: 4:00 am to 12:30 pm

Key Responsibilities

Facility Opening & Morning Operations

• Oversee and perform the daily opening of the facility, ensuring operational readiness
• Dispatch drivers using Elite routing software, updating routes or contacting drivers as needed.
