Responsibilities- Monitor critical local system such as MES systems in Production line
- Provide technical and functional support/guide to Local IT for MES system issues as Central L2 team
- Track every alert through our ticket system.
- Address issues out of scope and which take more time to solve it to the relevant team and track it until the complete resolved
- Build and keep update dashboards, reports and visual management.
- Maintain communication with the helpdesk, the technical desks in GIT
- First level Investigations on unexpected or recurrent events/alerts.
- Support local IT in case of incident and Deliver documentation in collaboration with the industrialization team
