Global Communities is seeking a Monitoring, Evaluation, Research and Learning (MERL) Director to join the Humanitarian Assistance team in Kyiv, Ukraine. The MERL Director oversees routine monitoring, evaluation, research, information management, communication, reporting, learning and the feedback and complaints mechanism (FBM) departments for the Global Communities Ukraine country program.
