The Administrator - Monitoring Tools role focuses on ensuring effective monitoring of SAP and related systems to support optimal performance and reliability.
Responsibilities
- Follow SAP best practices for OCC operations
- Review and manage technical alerts for SAP Production Systems
- Engage incident management and technical teams for critical alerts and resolution
- Remediate technical alerts based on Standard Operation Procedures
- Measure alert management effectiveness and efficiency (open, close, acknowledge, etc.)
- Identify critical monitoring elements with stakeholders and process owners
- Conduct knowledge transfer sessions with new leads for process and documentation
- Provide hyper‑care service during go‑live projects
